I seriously love the combination of pink and army green, so this pink striped top and my cargo jacket seemed like an obvious combination. I’ve been wearing this jacket so much lately because the weather is just cool enough that I need an extra layer when I go outside. I’ve gotta say that I’m not looking forward to the weather getting colder. Can the nice fall weather hang out for just a bit longer please???

If you’ve been following the blog at all, you know that I love leopard print. I have several items of clothing that are leopard print (see here, here, here, and here), and let’s not forget my leopard print pumps (here, here, and here) and clutch (here and here). Needless to say, when I saw Boden’s Berkeley Zip Bag in black/tan leopard (also comes in grey/snow leopard), I was immediately obsessed. I love the size of this bag, the size zip pockets, and the leopard panel on the front. I think if it were all leopard print it might be too much, but the front panel is just enough visual interest and fun. The only downside to this bag is the price: $238. I love this bag, but I’m not willing to spend that much on it, so I’ll definitely be checking the site regularly to see if it goes on sale.
I’ve been seeing these sleeveless turtleneck tunic sweaters everywhere lately, so I’m glad I snatched this one up during Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale several months ago. It’s been hanging out with my other sweaters since I bought it, and I’m excited that it’s finally cool enough to wear it. An item like this is a great layering piece, especially if you’re often cold like I am. I’ve seen them styled without a top underneath, but this one has large armholes, so I have to wear at least a tank top or cami under it. I styled it with and without a belt here to give a few different options. Some people like the loose, comfy look, but others prefer to have their tops cinch at the waist, and I think this sweater works either way.
