I talked about this fabulously retro dress in a post in May. I love the Mad Men style, but the original price was more than I wanted to pay. So, I cyber stalked it until it went on sale and snapped it up in my size. The fabric is a super comfortable weighted jersey that irons really easily (always a plus in my book since I hate to iron), and I love the rolled collar.
As with nearly every sheath dress I’ve ever tried on, this dress fits great across the top and my hips, but it’s a bit loose around the waist. I was afraid it wouldn’t photograph well and you’d be able to see a lot of extra fabric on the back around my waist, but it looks much better than I thought it would in pictures. You can see some of the fabric bunching up a bit at the back, but I think I might be able take it to a tailor and have it taken in a teensy bit.
What do you think? Keep or return?
