I know I’ve been missing some posts recently. I’m still trying to find balance with my full-time job and my Pure Barre teaching schedule. For the next few weeks, at least through the holidays, I’m going to post only twice a week instead of my regular three times. I’ll do one outfit post and one series post. After the new year, I hope to return to three posts a week. Fingers crossed!
I’ve featured jogger pants on the blog before (here and here), but they’ve been casual and cozy. These silky jogger pants caught my eye at LOFT several weeks ago. I love the red/rust color, and the style and fabric are the perfect balance of chic but not overly dressy. I went with a neutral shoe and sweater, but added a colorful scarf for some more color and pattern.

I’m working through some blog pictures I took earlier this year, but it’s still cool enough to wear lightweight sweaters and boots. I found this cute sweater at Madewell last year on super sale. It’s a bit thin, so I usually wear it with a button-up underneath it, but I think it would also work on its own with a skirt instead of jeans.

I did a post with this skirt in August but thought I’d do a cooler weather post with it too. Pairing it with a navy sweater and boots is a great way to wear it when the temperature outside still has a bit of a chill, like it has been here the past few days. You could also wear it with tights and boots when it’s significantly colder.
